St. John's Little Free Pantry

The St. John's Little Free Pantry (LFP) is open to meet the needs of our community 24 hours a day - 7 days a week - 365 days a year. The LFP is located in the entryway of the church and provides a place for those who are experiencing food insecurity to select non-perishable food items, personal care products, and cleaning supplies. All items are donated by members of the parish and community and the shelves are stocked by a team of volunteers.

There are no requirements for ID verification or proof of need. Just enter through the small red door to the left of the church's main entrance to get to the pantry.

Our motto is: Give What You Can; Take What You Need.

Items may be donated at our monthly Drive-up Food Drives or by placing items in the Narthex (entryway to the Sanctuary).

Give financial support to the Little Free Pantry by check made to St. John's Church. Put Little Free Pantry or LFP in the memo.

Picture
When I Was Hungry & Thirsty, by Timothy P. Schmalz. "Inspired by the Gospel of Matthew 25:40, this sculpture is a visual representation of Charity. It tells us that we need to see Christ in the poor and the hungry and that we should see our acts of kindness to them as kindness to Him."
